Yes the greatest teachers are the animals of the African soil because they remain true to our genesis. This reminds me of a very interesting book called Hara Dibatana le Dinyamatsana by ZD Mangoaela published in 1912 which casts light into the sacred relationship between our ancestors and animals and how our animal totems came about in Southern Africa. The book pays tribute to the deep eco-relationship between our foremothers and the animals.

You are making an excellent point about the manner in which animals embrace simplicity. This is a powerful concept because it makes them better problem solvers than modern humans who tend to take a convoluted approach towards problem solving. A convoluted approach adds unnecessary layers in our lives. A case in point is salad. Both animals and humans eat salad. However, an urbanized human will not eat salad without some kind of salad dressing. The media remind us consistently that when we get to the grocery store to purchase salad we must also remember to buy salad dressing and yet the dressing does not contribute any nutritive value to our health. If anything, the salad dressing contains trans-fat a toxic ingredient that usually results in sudden death among seemingly healthy people. In the meanwhile the animal eats salad and will not eat the dressing. It's amazing how our society has gotten duped.

Keep well.

wow am impresd my dear.we could learn alot frm ani...

wow am impresd my dear.we could learn alot frm animals how they learn and strategise in life.they dnt complicate things and often not confused wen a challange comes their way.thanks
